GT Manufacturing offers a range of mobile fast dryers with capacities ranging from 6.6 tons to 20.9 tons, enabling the company to export its products to more than 83 different countries, including the Philippines.
Since June 2011, All Certified Equipment Trading Corp. (ACETC) has been distributing in the Philippines three models of the GT Mobile Fast Dryers: 245 XL with 6.0-ton capacity; 345XL with 8.9-ton capacity; and 545XL with 12.7-ton capacity.
The 245XL
The 245XL is the compact GT Mobile Fast Dryer model that ACETC is offering for the Philippine market that is easier to transport because of its compact dimensions.
The 245XL has a 6.0-ton capacity can dry grains in 2-4 hours to a moisture content of 31% to 14%. It has two tires, two jack stands and a ladder.
It has a transport height of 4.2 meters and bin diameter of 2.4 meters.
Standard in all GT Mobile Fast Dryers offered by ACETC are loading hopper, manual unloading head, circulating auger, power take-off (PTO) tumbler shaft, dryer controls, grain sampler, access door to plenum, and vaporizer.
Like the rest of the GT Mobile Fast Dryers offered in the Philippines, the 245XL can be towed by a farm tractor that has a power ranging from 50 to 100 hp, making it easy to move to another location.

Features
To dry grains, GT Mobile Fast Dryers can run on an electric motor using a 3-phase line and generating set, a simple four-cylinder diesel engine, or the PTO of a farm tractor.
This makes the GT Mobile Fast Dryers very versatile, as they still can operate in areas where there is no electrical power.
PROVEN DRYING EFFICIENCY – Using the 245XL, drying grains becomes more cost-efficient as losses are minimized compared to drying under the sun. Drying under the sun can also cause contamination to grains.
Besides corn, GT Mobile Fast Dryers can be used to dry rice and sorghum.
GT Mobile Fast Dryers are known to last decades if given proper maintenance by its owners.
